Rentals over 10 pax must use the chef service. Please contact us to discuss prices for the week, and we will arrange the booking through our agency.
If you require the bar set up by the pool please liaise with the Chef. If you would like evening drinks set up again please mention and it will be arranged by the Chef.
If you do not fancy being waited on hand and foot, we can fill the fridge for your arrival and provide a breakfast service only, however, bookings over 10 pax must use the chef service.
Housekeeping is provided 6 days per week (sheets and towels will be changed weekly) unless by special arrangement. Reception rooms as well as terraces will be cleaned and tidied daily.
Should you wish for more housekeeping this can be arranged at a cost of €25 per hour.
The pool area will be set up and cleared up daily and towels will be provided by the pool area.
The tennis court will be prepared daily and the garden will be maintained daily to a high level.
Washing and ironing services can be provided at an hourly rate of €25.
Our housekeeping staff may be able to help with babysitting if you arrange with them directly.

There is a large wooded area on the property, where adventurous children can explore or host campfire suppers.
Outside areas are served with Wifi and Sonos music systems so that you can enjoy the music of your choice.
Two Large Terraces
The terrace to the East of the kitchen where the sun rises and sets, is wonderful for enjoying a coffee and a croissant, looking over the rolling hills and through the avenue of Plane trees.
The other terrace is perfect for lunch with a table large enough to accommodate all guests and children. This is a shady spot, close to the BBQ and pizza oven, and with convenient service from the chef’s kitchen. There is also a large soft seating area where canapés and drinks can be served before dinner.
Parking is to the rear of the property, all vehicles out of sight. Once you arrive you will not feel the need to leave. There is ample space for all residents and visitors.
