Terms and Conditions

  • Prices do not include chef unless by special prior arrangement. Please contact us at info@domainerodier.com to discuss menu options.
  • Check-in time is after 4 pm, and please leave promptly by 10 am on the day of your departure. Please telephone us with your expected arrival time a few days before your holiday starts.
  • Domaine Du Rodier, and the gardens, driveway and paths are completely non-smoking. No pets except by special prior arrangement.
  • All electricity, heating and hot water are included, as are towels, tea towels and bed linen.
  • Bookings are Saturdays to Saturdays. Short breaks only offered in off season periods.
  • Bookings can only be confirmed upon the receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking fee. The remaining balance must be paid in full within eight weeks of the start of your holiday. This is then non-refundable. If you cancel, we will make every effort to re-let your booking, but if the accommodation remains unoccupied we are entitled to retain your deposit and balance. We therefore recommend that you insure yourself against the costs of cancellation. For bookings made less than eight weeks before arrival, the total amount is payable on booking and is non-refundable.
  • Please leave Domaine Du Rodier in the condition you found it.  You undertake to keep secure the property and all furniture, fixtures, fittings decorations and effects in or on the property and to keep them in the same state of repair and condition as they are in at the start of the letting period.
  • We require upon booking a safety deposit payment of £1,000 or €1,200 paid in advance of your arrival. This will be reimbursed once you have vacated the property and the property managers are happy that the property has been left in an acceptable way, as well as all bills having been paid.
  • In the unlikely event that Domaine du Rodier is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, e.g. fire, theft or damage, we will refund all monies paid, and you will have no further claim against us.
  • Domaine du Rodier is strictly for private holiday occupation only, and you confirm you will vacate the property at the end of the agreed rental period.
  • There must be no-one other than the named guests staying at Domaine du Rodier, except with the prior written agreement of the owner.
  • You shall permit the owner or their agent to enter the accommodation subject to notice at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy.
  • The property owners do not accept liability for any loss or damage to the occupier’s baggage, car, contents or property or for any expense, accident, injury or inconvenience arising from the letting.  You will indemnify and save the owners harmless from any personal injury, sickness or death, loss or damage, however caused, to your person or property or that of your family or guests both during and after the time of occupancy.
  • You have no right to assign your deposit or booking, or sublet the property.
