We are still reeling from our dreamy holiday at Domaine du Rodier! It was an absolute delight! The house exceeded our expectations from the moment we drove up the long canopied driveway and into the elegant reception. Each room was a picture – decorated subtly and tastefully with that perfect muted color harmonizing the house. The mix of old and new was perfectly balanced with the history playing off of the modern amenities. Everywhere you looked, you were pleasantly surprised by a visual treat – a grand piano, a bouquet of lavender, pretty shuttered windows, canopied beds, a union jack carpet and place mats, a shady alcove for reading, a hideaway room for the children – you truly thought of everything. And we thank you for sharing it all with us. As well, your staff were excellent. The chef treated us to his talents daily and was so very good with the 8 children; The housekeepers were attentive and friendly and met our every need; and the general manager held our hand on many a query and excursion. We are already thinking of ways we can return and have shared our photos with eager friends. We wish you every success and thank you once again for the wonderful experience and memories.

Paradise. We stayed for a week at Domaine Rodier, it is like paradise on earth. We had the most amazing time and have very fond memories of our wonderful evening meals. The staff are friendly, polite and descreet. The facilitites are just perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool as well as tennis and they even camped in the garden. I loved the opportunity to truly relax and have fun with my family, I hope we will be able to visit again soon.

We have been guests at Domaine Rodier in both Summer and Winter (New Year) with our young family and friends. It is difficult to overstate how relaxed one feels, once esconced. The property offers complete privacy. It has been renovated to the highest standard and offers a sublime environment of casual elegance. My family and I spent a week at Domaine Rodier in the summer and it felt like a little piece of heaven! The accommodation is of the highest standard & the facilities are second to none. The swimming pool area is beautiful and provided hours of entertainment for the children. Meanwhile the adults loved the bar area and the 'misting system' which left you feeling like you were staying at the most luxurious spa retreat. There was so much to do (or not do!) the tennis court, billiard room, table tennis table, exploring the grounds, or even feeding the chickens no one wanted to leave! With plenty of terraces to enjoy your meals, all carefully positioned to make the most of the rising or setting sun, and providing shelter from the midday heat - there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Whilst we visited in the summer I could imagine spending a equally amazing week curled up on the comfy sofas with the fires blazing in the middle of winter. Just the perfect venue for family and friends to enjoy. We spend a most amazing week here and would eagerly return for more. A little piece of heaven!

Most Relaxing. Having stayed at Domaine Rodier every year for the last 3, I would like thoroughly to recommend it. It is not just how comfortable the rooms and bathrooms are, not simply how organised the whole set up is, but the overwhelming ability properly to relax and enjoy your holiday while staying there that keeps bringing me back each year. Never have the staff been anything other than splendid, I suggest using them as much as possible. All the facilities are brilliant, there is plenty for everyone to do and lovely settings for lunch and dinner. It is special, book it if you can find a time when it is available.
